Enterprise Resource Database

The Enterprise Green Communities Green Operations and Maintenance course was developed to teach property owners, property managers, site supervisors, resident service coordinators and others involved in building operations about how to integrate green and healthy practices into current planning and operations. The course materials include presentations, engaging activities, and video resources. The presentations may be tailored to include local information and resources.

Training Resources
The training is organized into seven modules. The resources for each module include: Power Point slides, student exercises, handouts, and related video. Trainers may download the training resources for each module by accessing the module folder. This is the instructor's version of exercise 1, Conserving Water.
