Housing Developer Pro 3.0 (HDP3) is a software tool for nonprofit housing development corporations and city housing departments.  Originally developed by Enterprise Community Partners, HDP3 is used by people who administer single-family and small multifamily housing rehabilitation programs or development efforts.  HDP3 is specifically designed for Rehab Specialists to meet their need to quickly and efficiently create cost estimates and bidding documents.

We'll demonstrate how HDP3 automates the process of defining and quantifying the work required and produces the documents that you need when you need them.  HDP3 creates written specifications and cost estimates, creates and tracks change orders and construction draws, and maintains program- and project-related contacts.  HDP3 also contains a Library of Specifications with more than 1,800 field-tested specifications for rehabilitation, from masonry to addressing lead-based paint.
