A Green Operations & Maintenance Manual for The Plaza Apartments in San Francisco has been developed for use by the development's management and maintenance staff, along with a Healthy Home Guide for the project's residents. This is the generic template version of the Operations Manual to be used as a boilerplate for other project manuals. The templates include highlighted notes that are meant to assist other building owners and property managers in customizing the manuals for their own projects. Part I includes general guidelines for building operations and maintenance procedures in indoor air quality management, green and healthy housekeeping, indoor pest prevention and control, waste reduction and recycling, energy and water conservation and green grounds keeping. Part II lists the materials used in the Plaza Apartments and makes recommendations for working with those materials.
