This manual describes in detail how a cash flow spreadsheet is created, shows sample formats and helps the user understand how to decide what numbers are critical to a sound projection. Examples and exercises help the user develop projections for single-family housing development, nonprofit property management and supportive housing programs. It is designed specifically for the staff and board of nonprofit community development organizations and others involved with those organizations.
