This document is a model request for proposals for architectural and engineering services. During the course of a construction project a developer may find it necessary or helpful to contract architectural or engineering services. One way to solicit services is the issuance of a request for proposals (RFP) that describes the scope of work for the project, a description of submission requirements and the process by which the organization will award the contract.  Nonprofit developers will find this document useful as a guide and as a sample document. It is suitable for any level of experience.  Enterprise created this document as a resource for nonprofit developers engaged in a construction project.
