This website describes The Fannie Mae Foundation, the largest foundation in the United States devoted to affordable housing and the revitalization of communities. It provides capital with which mortgage lenders make loans to low-, moderate-, and middle-income home buyers and investments in multifamily developments. Its website provides access to survey research, reports, working papers and free educational materials developed by the Foundation as well as information on innovative partnerships, community outreach and special initiatives.

The Publications section includes educational tools, training manuals, reports, periodicals, and analyses of current census data. The Programs section contains information on its adult homeownership education programs (Growing Your Money: Personal Financial Tools; and Building Native Communities: Financial Skills for Families) as well as adult literacy programs.

Users can access free homebuyer guides and link to KnowledgePlex, the Foundation's extensive online library. The website also provides information on Fannie Mae's debt securities and mortgage-backed securities.
