The site describes HAC's loan funds and provides application information, including year-round application deadlines for the following programs: Rural Housing Loan Fund (RHLF); Rural Development Loan Fund (RDLF); Water/Waste Water Loan Fund (W/WWLF); Intermediary Relending Program (IRP); and Self-Help Homeownership Opportunity Program.
