Housing Developer Pro^® 3.0 (HDP3) is a software tool for nonprofit housing development corporations and city housing departments.  Originally developed by Enterprise Community Partners, HDP3 is used by people who administer single-family and small multifamily housing rehabilitation programs or development efforts.  HDP3 is specifically designed for Rehab Specialists to meet their need to quickly and efficiently create cost estimates and bidding documents. In this presentation, Armand Magnelli demonstrates how HDP3 automates the process of defining and quantifying the work required and produces the construction documents required for housing rehabilitation.
