Financial Proforma - Single-Family Homeownership
The proforma in this document can be used to determine project feasibility for a single-family, homeownership project. Even though this model does not look like a traditional proforma, it is user friendly and evaluates the deal from the perspective of the nonprofit developer. The proforma illustrates the major components of proformas including the development budget (sources and uses) and performs affordability analysis for potential homebuyers. This proforma is a useful tool for determining financial feasibility in the early stages of a project because it allows the user to easily manipulate the assumptions and data, and to see a variety of scenarios.
